This is just a collection of junk. Various clips of policeconfrontations that end up coming to climax by use of force. I reallycouldn't sit through the whole thing because of how ridiculously biasedit was. Most of what I saw was actually a bunch of cases where the useof force could have easily been justified IF you knew the whole story.The way this film is edited is atrocious. You never really hear any ofthe facts of the cases. Most of the scenes are video from helicopter,with the commentary coming from the same two guys for EVERY scene. Oneis playing the chopper reporter and the other as if he is coming fromthe studio of a local news station...

I like to support independent films. I watched this one because I'dread it wasn't bad. I was mislead. It stunk big time. The acting wasabsolutely terrible. Especially the guy that ran the video store. Thewriting was only slightly better than the acting. The director needs totake some film courses. The cinematography was poor. I would imaginethey had little or no budget for this film. I bet most of thebackground actors were friends of the film makers.
